Can Too Much Exercise Be bad for Your Heart? March 11, 2011

A quick tip about an interesting article by one of my favorite columnists, Gretchen Reynolds. The article appeared in the New York Times on March 9th and examines the possibility that too much exercise may produce scarring within the heart muscle. The subjects for several of the research projects were very fit males.
